Eurovision Union’s Weekly Playlist (44/52)

Each week, Eurovision Union is dedicated to bring you a specially curated playlist with a whole bunch of our favourite Eurovision and National final stars, new and old! This week has been packed with new releases from the stars we know and love, so it’s sure to be a playlist you’ll love as much as we do!

Listen to the playlist here:

We’ll start off with some of the new tracks from Europe’s East, starting with a young star who featured in last week’s playlist, and has already released a new track – well, sort of new! It’s of course Kristian Kostov who we’re talking about, and he has recently dropped his previous song You Got Me Girl in yet another language. This marks the 3rd language the song has been released in, and we love all three! Sergey Lazarev has also released a new track lately, titled Vdrebezgi, which has already dominated the charts! From Ukraine, we’ve got 2017 representative O.Torvald with a track off their new album. We’ve also got a new track from 2014 Azerbaijani representative Dilara called Shine.

Moving onto the scandi releases featured this week, starting with Danny Saucedo with his latest track Dansa Med Mig. Dynamic duo Samir & Viktor have also released a new track titled Rakt in I kaklet – and perhaps a Melfest return is on the cards for 2018? Keeping with the Swedish theme, Sanna Nielsen has released a new track titled Innan du lämnar mig. Lastly from Sweden, we’ve got Eric Saade with a new release titled Bad Sign. From neighbours Norway, we have a new version of an older Eurovision winner, that being Fairytale by Alexander Rybak, this time it’s the Silverjam mix. Then from Iceland, we’ve got Páll Óskar with his track Líður aðeins betur.

Now to the other gems on this week’s playlist, starting with Molly Sterling, the Irish representative from 2014 with her new single Plain Static. We’ve got Guy Sebastian, who just dropped his new album titled Conscious, and we’ve taken one of the singles titled Bloodstone. We’ve got former German national finalist Madeline Juno with the song DNA, and from The Netherlands we’ve got 2017 representative OG3NE with their new track titled But I Do. Belgian act Loïc Nottet released a track in time for Halloween titled Doctor which features his signature intense vocal style. We’ve also featured Estonian national finalist Daniel Levi with the song On & On.

The last few songs we’ve got on this week’s playlist are collaborations between more than one artist, or even a choir in the case of Barei and the B-Fighters with the song Impulso. Another collab track is To Mono Pou Thymami which is by Evridiki featuring Demy. We’ve got yet another collab, this time between Cleo and Sitek on the song Pali Się. For the last collaboration, we’ve got Serhat and Martha Wash who have recorded his Eurovision track I Didn’t Know together!
